Maybe
The MicroDivorce process is designed for couples who have come to an agreement about their divorce and are able to cooperate with each other to sign all the papers. Your spouse must be willing to sign off on all issues to use this process.
Maybe is better than No, but the MicroDivorce Process requires that you and your spouse come to an agreement on all issues as well as cooperate in signing all the papers. We can still consider you for the service, but if your spouse will not sign off on the divorce then we will have to consider other options.
